Marios is the Managing Partner of PwC in Greece, leading a practice of 22 partners and 930 professionals. Started his professional career in 1992 in the UK and subsequently worked in Cyprus and Greece. Prior to becoming the Managing Partner of PwC Greece in 2009, he held a number of positions within the firm, such as Leader of the Advisory practice (2008-2009), elected member of the Firm’s Oversight Board (2006-2008), Head of Thessaloniki Office (2003-2004), Assurance partner and Head of IFRS accounting practice (2004-2008). Marios has extensive experience in the areas of auditing, IFRS accounting and corporate finance and worked across a wide variety of businesses gaining invaluable experience especially in financial services.He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Economics & Accounting from the University of Bristol, is a UK qualified Chartered Accountant and member of Certified Public Auditors in Greece and Cyprus. He is also member of various Commercial bodies in Greece.
